Hats, Hats, Hats

I have taken some pictures of these crotchet hats. My Mema can whip them up like no body's business! She came down to see us this past summer and said, "Look what I whipped up on the plane ride." She made the girls the brown one with the pink flower (you will see a picture of it). I talked her into making a bunch and then shipping them to me to try and sell. Sooo, take a look and if you like them and want one leave a comment and I'll save it for you. The flowers are removable if you want the hat plain or to be able to switch the color of the flower. Or if you want one and don't see one that you like leave me a comment with what colors you want and I'll put an order in for you. They are $8 - $10.

My FAIR lady...make that ladies

We had another busy weekend. We took the girls to the fair Friday night and they had a blast!

Here are the girls with some of their friends on the kiddie roller coaster.

In line waiting for the Bumper Boats.

They rode so many rides!
I never expected them to want to ride all the rides like they did. Let's just say we spend probably $65-$70 worth of tickets, we should have bought the wristbands!!!!

On the Ferris Wheel
Seeing all the animals

Brandon eating his funnel cake
Hayley and Leighton eating their cotton candy (at 10:00 at night)
Then Saturday we went to Camdyn's 5th birthday party.

<
And we found out at the party that Camdyn is going to be another big brother!!!

Congrats to the Hinson family!!!
Sunday was church.
Monday we would've gone to the corn maze, but the kiddies were too BAD! It really broke my heart, I really wanted to go, but sometimes you have to stick to your guns! Instead we stayed home and played outside and got a lot of things done around the house.
Overall good weekend!

"When Elmo Grows Up"

This past Sunday after the morning service at church I took the girls to see Elmo Live. They LOVED it!

This was at intermission. AKA potty break time.

These hazardous spinny light up gadgets were $15 a piece! RIP OFF!

Happy Fall Y'all!!!

Before church last Sunday. Hayley was NOT happy this morning!

Opps! This picture wasn't suppose to make it on the blog! But it did! Haaaaaa!
(This was NOT staged for the camera he really was reading this Fall issue of the Martha Stewart Living magazine.)

Menu Plan Monday

You: What posting on a Monday?

Me: Yes, yes I am.

You: Seems a little out of character.

Me: Well, I am working this fine Monday and decided while I am at work to put up a post. It has been a while because my computer at home is not recognizing my camera so while I have many great things to post about they require uploading pictures. So Menu Plan Monday is as good as it gets for now.

You: Working on a Monday Huh? LOL!

Me: I know it's hard for me to even wrap my head around right now, but it's for a good, no make that GREAT cause, more on that later.

Here it is, maybe this will help some of my fellow mothers thru the week as we don our chef hats (one of the many we wear).

Lima Beans
Mashed Potatoes
Yam Patties

Tuesday : Pepper Jack Enchiladas

Pear Salad

Thursday: Sloppy Joes
